Click on the "Sign Up as a New Athlete" link above
1. Click the "Sign Up New Athlete" link.
2. Enter in all the info in the white text boxes.
IMPORTANT:
Write down which email address (many people have more than one)
and the password you have entered (please use a DIFFERENT
password than the one you use to log into your email).
After filling in all the info, please "Click Here to Register."
You will then be taken to a screen that says that you have been
added.
Now single-click on the 'click here to login for (your name)'.
The user name is your email address, enter your password and
submit.
Now that you have completed the filling in the info for the
database,
you must print off a copy of the registration form to be turned
in
at the pool.
Click on the Click here to print Athlete registration form.
You will get a screen that looks like this -use your browser
print option
("file"/"print") to print the registration form.
Turn in the signed form to a Club Administrator (Tom or Kelly)
or your coach along with a copy of your USA Water Polo registration
card and a check, cash or printout of your PayPal transaction.

Click on the 'Log In' link above
1. Enter your user name and enter your CHAWP login password
NOTE: If you have not received your CHAWP login password, click on
"Forgot My password" Enter your email address, click "Submit" and your
password will be emailed to you.
Please check to see that all the information that has been entered
into the database is correct
